Went through the drive-through with my neighbor to pick up food for both families. When we got to the pickup window, we were told that they had no wings and that we could substitute other chicken pieces or wait for 7 minutes if we wanted wings included. I said that I would rather wait for the wings. We were told that we could park and wait.

I have never in my life of living seen a place so disgusting. We went to eat in at this lap room because we are traveling and I will tell you it was FILTHY!!! It wasn’t even busy so we asked to get our tables and chairs wiped an employee came over and “wiped” them. Trash all over the floor, drink tower station was so dirty, the boosters/high chairs were dirty, also it was raining and they didn’t have a mat at the door. We had to get sanitizer wipes out of the car to clean the tables. They had ran out of plates also! The biscuit was dry and tasted like complete flour! The chicken was wet from the oil and was breaded incorrectly! Also, the Mac n Cheese had crunchy bits in it. The mashed potatoes were cold. Worst experience ever at a KFC!!

Chicken was cooked fresh. However, my last visit was to get their fried hot wings and for some reason they stopped selling them. The hot wings were the best. This KFC is also connected with Taco Bell, which is nice.
