I asked the cashier why the customer eating area was so cold. She agreed and said it was preset – nothing they could do about it. It was so cold that I couldn’t lay my forearms on the table to rest to eat. It was very uncomfortable, and for some people interior cold atmospheres can bring on headaches which I almost experienced. The thermostat must have been set in the mid fifties- ridiculous

On my visits to this location the food has been consistent and well prepared. The staff is courteous. The service is in good time. I normally do the drive through and those visits are just fine. My girlfriend occasionally goes inside and always complains that the floor is slippery. Other than that the food and service are just fine and I will continue to support this location.

I am an African American woman and I felt some type of way on Tuesday , Aug. 15, 2023 after I ordered some food well in advance of anyone behind me and and my order for the same food items was pushed behind the order of six white men and I was told that if I didn’t like it then it was too bad. Her store manager condoned the behavior of the associate and offered me a refund instead of prioritizing my order. The manager infact refused me service for attempting to stand my ground and for refusing to wait as long as that would take… I was on a 30 minute break and stood in line that long to go back to work with nothing to eat. The associate was black. Her manager, white. Disgusted.

This was probably the most immaculate Bojangles we’ve ever eaten at. The cashier was quite friendly, but the nice, older woman working in the dining room was an absolute treat! Everything was wiped down and there wasn’t a spot to be found on the floor! She was very helpful in taking our trays even though we walked them over. She immediately wiped them down and sanitized! The restrooms were well-kempt and everything smelled absolutely pleasant. Might have been the cleanest fast food restaurant we’ve ever been in! Anyhow, the food was fantastic, albeit a tad spicy (but I favor the spice), the fries were delicious, and the chicken sandwich rivaled Popeye’s chicken sandwich easily. A great experience for these out-of-towners! And please, during this time of trying to find employees to work in things like restaurants, please consider these folks for raises!
