They always, ALWAYS get the order wrong in here for some reason. You ask for something and believe me, they’ll give you something more/less and it might or not be related to what you ordered at all unless you’re extremely lucky. Besides, the new chicken —which they seem to call “the original”— is terrible, and yes, I am aware that this is not an issue of this certain place but of the entire chain, however, I asked about it and the manager was entirely rude and condescending.
