This location was one of the few Dunkin Donuts open on the Boardwalk during COVID opening phase. The location was well run with plastic coverings as well as a friendly staff wearing protective masks and requiring patrons to wear masks too. My coffee was perfect to order and would recommend this location while on the Wildwood Boardwalk.

Coffee is always good and donuts are fresh when they have them. Donuts sell out extremely fast due to how busy this location is. Wait times are frequently upwards of 20 minutes in the summer.

The service was excellent same as the sandwiches. Unfortunately there is no social distance control, people wait outside and walk in without leaving too much space, but everybody was wearing a face mask. Sadly to mention they will be closing the store starting tomorrow and will reopen next year. Kudos to all personel.

Came here to get donuts for my 3 year old, and unfortunately they were out. (Not sure how Dunkin DONUTS doesn’t have donuts at 8 am, but oh well) I also asked for a small cup of ice and was told by the young lady working the register “we have bags of ice in the freezer behind you”. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant walking the boardwalk with my 3 year old daughter, all I wanted was a cup of ice but this girl refused. Luckily, two blocks down was “The Fractured Prune” with many more options of delicious homemade hot donuts, great coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and WONDERFUL service. Save yourself the time and disappointment, and avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts at all costs.

I needed to walk almost an hour (back and forth to my hotel) coz this is the only Dunkin’ open but its worth it! Everyone is AMAZING. They made my coffee the way I really wanted it (coz some spot will make it the way they want it no lie) And Having a niece that works at Dunkin’ Donuts she was surprised they made her coffee perfect. They will repeat to you every detail of your order. Yes there was a long line to go in but if you want your day to start perfect you wont mind waiting!

Overall the service was friendly, but when it comes to receiving the order, if your number isn’t called then it’s a slight downgrade. I ordered a large coffee, and I was told my number would be called. The employee placed the coffee on the counter without calling my number and called every other number around mine. The coffee I ordered was done perfectly though. As far as the social distancing requirement, it’s very lax. Place is clean and organized though.
