Excellent pizzas ….you can’t beat the Tuesday pizza deals…….I suggest order online so you can have your pizza when you come in or you can wait for it ,they have wide array of options for your pizza or go with a half and half……..they are pretty fast usually they have a few employees working but on my last visit only one person working but he was doing an awesome job for a one man show….good job man ! ……….if this helps please give me a like………….. ………………………….

Went there a few days ago. Ask for Porter and Josiah, they helped resolve my order promptly when I had an issue with one of the pizzas. Such great and kind gentleman! Lobby atmosphere was great and was not too crowded. Ordered the vegan pizza, the dough was a bit odd but was fine at the end. I saw a beautiful women at Papa Murphy ya, her name was Shoma … I’ll be coming over for pizza form her soon love the sauce

I have never had a problem with Papa Murphy’s until today. I picked up a pizza that was not the one I ordered. I compared it to my receipt once I was home. They made the wrong pizza for me. It was not the one I ordered. I hope they rectify it by giving me a free pizza!

The previous customer, who announced in the store by yelling, that he would be leaving a review as he left, prompted me to do the same. The staff was very courteous despite having a difficult customer yelling at them complaining their order was taking too long. As a first hand witness, I saw customers leaving who had called ahead and their pizzas were already prepared. I find it unsatisfying that a “local reviewer” (he claimed it in the store yelling at high schoolers) is disappointed about waiting for a pizza that they ordered during the rush at 5pm. Good for you Ryan for standing up to a 50+ year old bully. The rest of the customers in the store got a laugh!

Just left and I can’t believe the horrible service!!! Usually my go-to. I ordered and paid, My roommate was right behind me in line. After we both paid, separate orders, 3 more people came up/in and ordered. I got my pizza, and the 3 orders after my roommate,got theirs and left! My roommate went, waited in line again, and asked “What happened to my pizza? You guys skipped me!” The cashier scolded back at her, “It’s right there being made!! We are busy today!! Come on!!” She pointed out again, that she had been skipped, and she wants her pizza. Immediately, the other employees,stated that it hadn’t been that long, and she hadn’t been skipped! Everyone who came in and ordered after us was gone! There was a forth person who had called in, and they were gone too! My roommate has cancer, and doesn’t get out often, but she wanted pizza so I took her. I understand being busy, but I’ll never understand how we were treated! I’ve managed a Subway restaurant, and owned two business’ , I would never treat a customer like that! It hurts for My roommate to be there in the first place, but to be treated like that! By the way the cashier who went off on my friend… Ryan! Way to be buddy!
