Ordered my pizza on the app the avoid the drive thru line and pick up in the portal. They lock the front door and make you get in the drive thru. My pizza was ready at 8:03 according to the app. After my time in the drive thru, I get my pizza at 8:17. This is strike 3. This location is getting a bad reputation and I see why now.

Love using the app for ease of ordering, but they seem to lock the doors and make you wait In the Long drive thru line instead of using the super convenient pizza portal. Why not push the portal to the door to block foot traffic but still allow for easy pick up. I get short staff, just think outside the box

Tried to call no one answered the phone. When I went in the store the front counter cashier told me they were being pressed about keeping labor down so she had to send employees home which made her not have anyone to answer the phone…. Not good for customers little Caesars

Never ever answer the phone. Have literally called 15 times in a row to attempt to place an order and they just don’t answer the phone. This occurs frequently also! How am I supposed to order my pizza if the online isn’t working and they never answer. Huge headache for some pizzas, if I could rate less than one star I would!
