This food was on-point and worth the journey. Great flavor, nice portion sizes. Def worth at least one visit to see if it’s your vibe. I can understand the 3-5 star reviews depending on your taste buds, but lower than that… nope.

The curry pork katsu tastes okay, not the type of curry I like, but their sensen pork katsu tastes much better. Their spicy seafood also tastes very good.

This ramen and katsu place is a wonderful surprise. It’s located within the G-mart and you wouldn’t necessarily expect a good food place inside a grocery store, but it’s pretty good. We had the Tonkotsu ramen and snow cheese katsu and both were really good and the portion size is generous. It’s inexpensive, too.

Food was beyond mid. Ordered the spicy garlic ramen and was so disappointed by what I got for 17.23, especially when I’m already at the store where I can buy all the ingredients to make it at home. Definitely a skip for me, not sure what everyone is talking about “best ramen in seattle.” Probably the same people who only eat instant ramen. If the price was closer to 10-12 for the ramen I’d change my review but no higher than 3 stars. The pork in the bowl was so nasty and grisly.

We drove a long way to try out this place because of all the 5-star reviews. Yes, the katsu portions were a bit larger than at typical restaurants — but the sauce and taste weren’t anything special. The ramen was ok per my Husband and son. But our daughter, who loves katsu wasn’t impressed with the sauce. Neither was I — and I had the katsu combination of carbonara and the sensen katsu sauces.

Very lowkey spot for delicious katsu and yummy ramen! They give good portion sizes and the food came out pretty fast. Many options to pick from. In my opinion the katsu was a bit better than the ramen. The carbonara katsu was my favorite along with the curry.

Garlic spicy ramen. Had high hopes with all the food review. With ramen in the namesake, thought there would be more options to ordering ramen. As usual, Japanese spice level, when claim spicy, it just looks spicy however about as spicy as black pepper. For me. Some dice garlic. Very oily. Was hoping for my soy-soft boiled egg, like the picture in the menu shows.

Good food. Decent service and mellow atmosphere. A typical restaurant located inside a supermarket.

Will come back again for sure! The carbonara katsu combo with the sensen katsu sauce is amazing! I’ve gone back to this place twice within 2 weeks. I cannot stop thinking about their carbonara sauce and just found out that the snow cheese katsu is also pretty freaking amazing. If you love a good katsu this is the place! It is inside an Asian grocery food court so it’s really low key. There are 2 other restaurants next to it and they both seem pretty good and will try when I get the chance! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone that loves chicken katsu! We have tried their ramen also and it’s pretty good! Ate both the katsus and the ramen in one sitting LOL!

We had lunch here late December. We ordered the Mongolian beef and gyozas, steamed. Terrific. Inside the store.
