Worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. I do DoorDash and Uber eats and their interior is always shut down. They are almost always fully staffed, but they keep the doors to the restaurant shut every time I come here to pick up for DoorDash or Uber eats my orders will be sitting on the pick up counter ready to go but I can’t enter the building. I even call every time and ask them and they tell me I have to go through the drive-through. It usually takes me 20 to 30 minutes to get through the drive-through because of the line and by the time I get the customers food there it’s cold and I don’t get a tip often times they refund the order

Absolutely horrible wait time and staff attitude. Would be faster to sit down at a local Mexican restaurant. Might as well just close the store. As a Uber/door dash driver it’s not worth it to accept these orders.

I asked them if they were sure everything was in the bag (because they missed before / wanted to make sure since the line was long) and sure enough they missed 1/3 of the order and what they did give us, wasn’t even correct… The food also tasted like it was a day old and a soft shell taco ended up hard.. Used to be better but don’t recommend going here anymore.

My wife and I ordered food with a good bit of modifications. (No tomatoes, no onions, add cheese sauce, ect.) Some of the modifications cost extra, but when my wife returned home with the food we noticed that not a single modification was done. Fast food or not, if you pay for it then you should get it.

Lobby is closed and that’s how I mark it store closed.I decline orders to deliver from here. Both stores have closed lobbies, due to no staff. They must be going bankrupt if they can’t up the wages to keep employees or they have a piss poor district manager to work for. Ours always stepped up when time got tough. Sorry the staff has to take the blunt of it while someone hides behind a desk.

Don’t plan on eating in the “restaurant”. They closed the inside at 7 pm on a Sunday, which would not have been the end of the world, but there was no sign on the door or hours to note that the inside would not be open. Seem like the franchisee is trying to hide something from corporate. Our vehicle is too tall for drive through, so we just went somewhere else.

Wanted to go inside to their lobby to use the bathroom and order but the doors were locked at 1pm in the afternoon on a Friday. No signs were posted as to why either. The line for the drive through was long but it did go fast.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the history of taco bell. Placed an online order. Sat at drive through over 30 min only to be told they are not taking orders and won’t process mine because they are busy making food for some party. They already took my money, wasted most of my lunch break and would not make my food that I already paid for. I am still trying to get a refund for the food that I never got. They basically stole my money.
