I’m an ardent fan of Panda Express, having visited many of their locations. However, the Bellevue Square location has consistently fallen short of my expectations, making it the least impressive among the ones I’ve frequented. In comparison, the Factorial Mall branches have consistently delivered quality service and ample portions.

What a joke. All 5 people working seemed to be taking their sweet time. I counted 4 to 5 orders waiting on the cashier and the server was in no rush to help. I waited for 25 minutes to watch 3 people to get paid out and get their meal.

It’s July 11th 7:50pm at the Panda Express Bellevue Town Square mall. Employee said that all the food out was all the food left for the night. I asked what time they closed and they said 9:00pm but the kitchen closes early. I noticed they had very little of each item and asked if they can’t make any more orange chicken and they said no sorry. I am not sure why they are closing the kitchen over an hour early. I thought the managers should know that this is the practice at this mall and it’s potentially loosing lots of business

Horrible service. I was waiting to order food, and greet the staff. She kinda of rolled her eyes and said, “give me a minute”, after she finished her packing then she turned to the cashier, being slow and lazy, without any words, then I was left there waiting, what an experience. Good price given the Bellevue square. A lot of dishes are not available most of the time. I like Panda Express. But get some people who actually working please.

I’ve been to many Panda Express locations and always loved their Kung Pao Chicken. I always order the Big Plate that comes with a separate box full of my favorite entry. This was the first time I order at this location and I received my box that is not even half full. I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t mind if they raise prices in the open; but short change their customer in a sneaky way is low.

Ordered the big plate. Entree selected was Shanghai Angus beef, pepper beef and Hunan chicken along with fried rice. As an Indian my taste buds are set to the spicy Indochinese food available in India. So I found the spicy ️ dishes more sweet. And the Shanghai Angus beef steak and Hunan beef good . Price wise it’s pretty decent and affordable.

It’s a pretty standard panda. I got fresh orange chicken and fresh broccoli beef so my food was good, restaurant was a little unclean but they were hella busy. Service was fine, no issues there. I still feel like it’s too expensive for the quantity of food you get.
