Awful restaurant, rude incompetent staff and no management present. They seriously need improvement in all areas as well as diversity training. My mother and stepfather came for breakfast and were distraught when they returned home. My mom is elderly and they are both disabled, my stepfather is diabetic, the waitstaff left them without food or beverages for over an hour with no warning and for no reason causing him to have blood sugar issues. When the food came finally it was terrible quality and cold. Their waiter was rude and disrespectful to them and when they asked for help, he refused service. There was no manager available. Awful way to treat customers, especially elderly and disabled folks.

I ordered a combo with poached eggs. The first time the poached eggs came out, the eggs were cooked all the way through as if they were hard boiled. When the server brought the eggs back to tell the cooks that the eggs were cooked all the way through and not poached, the cooks loudly said “it is poached. If they wanted the yolks to be runny then they should have ordered it ‘poached over easy’!” (I was seated close to the kitchen and had a view In.) In which the server came to apologize to me and said she had told them to poach my eggs over easy. The picture attached to this review is the result of “poached over easy”. By the time I received this sorry excuse for poached eggs, I was no longer hungry. The rest of the meal was sadly very dry and hard as well. The past times I have come, there was no issue with the food but now the food has become as sad at the service. Very disappointing.

Great service! Whole staff is amazing and very friendly! Special shout out to our waitress Trinity, she was so attentive to detail, not once did I have to ask for a refill on my drink, a fresh glass was brought to me without asking. Restaurant is very clean, which is a plus! Highly recommend this location!

Right now, there’s always a wait. I tried getting into 2 other IHOPs this weekend while on a 400 mile drive, this was the first one to have a reasonable wait of less than 15 minutes. For a Tuesday morning, there shouldn’t be a wait, but it’s understandable at this moment of time on June 22, 2021.

I didn’t really like this place the cleanliness of the restaurant with subpar at best. The utensils were dirty and the customer service was pretty poor. The waitress Jessica had a bad attitude but overall the food was good and it’s in a prime location. However they could do much better so I give this place three stars out of five enter at your own risk.
