It was a good sub, made and served in a timely manor. The service was prompt and speechless. Not one employee said hello to myself or anyone else. They were happy to keep to themselves, even when spoken to. However, I didn’t come from the conversation, just the food. Which was good, better that other chain sin shops. But I wouldn’t recommend this location for its atmosphere.

Restaurant clean, workers great, sandwich, New York Steamer, my favorite, just so-so. The sandwich was very skimpy on meat and cheese. It’s usually very substantial but today it was not. For $14 for a medium, medium coke and bag of chips it would have been nice to had a nice sandwich with more filling. I will go back but if it’s this way the next time, I will go elsewhere.

Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on line for the following day. Everything was confirmed and paid for. Then the morning of pick up I receive a call informing me that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they might have walk-ins. So I asked for my card to be refunded and I was told, and I quote “I’ll try to have it ready.” I was stressed out because I had 20 people to feed and all my eggs were in Firehouses basket. I showed up and it was ready, but they were rude and just pointed to my food. No one even offered to help me load it. I won’t be back.

Firehouse is a great option when you’re feeling like a sub, but want something hot. Cheesesteaks, NY style pastrami and other melts are all pretty good. The woman at the counter at this location was great… Over the top friendly and moved the line quickly.
