We love our Friday or any day (Friday:) ) pizza night! Typically it’s great every time. Occasionally they’ve made the wrong cooking choice in dough that we haven’t ordered in the past. One employee didn’t offer to fix and or replace the pizza for us on 2 occasions due to I had placed the order how it was made on accident. So my mistake and didn’t expect a new one however when it came to customer service and work preformsnce he was extremely rude when telling me it was my fault for not going back to edit it. short, irritable and rising replies.

Literally just ordered delivery and everything that was cooked showed up but we’re missing our 2 liter our ranch marinera and even a salad. In total about 15 dollars worth of food was forgotten. Not only that we called to complain and they had the audacity to say they can deliver everything in about 2 hours or give us credit? Like cmon. So disappointed. This dominos used to be great. Hit rush hour received one piece of my order staffing was disorganized had no clue as to how to handle the rush no management on site, told me I had a refund coming. Worst experience ever would not go back if they paid me would not recommend ever. I will drive 40 miles to Reno from now on if I want Dominoes. 3 months later still did not get a refund. Not only bad service but will lie to you also. It has been 7 months, and there is still no refund. Hopefully, the owner gave them some guidance and directions on customer service. I hope this review helps some of your customers in deciding whether this is a chance that they would be willing to take.

This place either charges you for more than what you order and they have to cancel your order and it takes 4-5 business days to get your money back and then recharge you the right price and have to pay that on top of waiting for the other money to go back onto your card or you order and redeem a free pizza and they end up charging you for it anyways and when you call they tell you there is nothing they can do about it. This place rips you off.

Man, extremely disappointed, I had the munchies and ordered some pizza from here, and I was shocked how bad it was, even the breadsticks, and I was extremely high so usually most foods are 20x better, but this, man just sad, pizza is an oddly hard food to mess up if you have basic ingredients, but they managed to do it. I never leave reviews, so you know it’s bad, if you want pizza, order somewhere else, or wait a couple months for new staff, cause damn, fast foods a tough job, but if you manage to make a pizza taste as bad as mine, I don’t even know, just find somewhere else, where you can actually put some care into what you create.
