Usually sooo good, tonight’s staff didn’t want to be there, barely spoke to anyone, cornbread was brown, old. Could not eat the collard greens because of the ton of salt on it. This is not the usual, the Juneteenth staff was just not who I would want to leave my restaurant in the hands of. Wake up owners!

Good food. The cornbread was sweet. Not a fan of it. Really liked the red bean & rice. It had a great flavor. The chocolate mud pie was ok but nothing spectacular. It could have used more Oreo crumbs.

Super excited about the brisket- finally! The seasoning and crust on the brisket was spot on. The bbq beans had small pieces of brisket and just a touch of sugar, exceptional. The potato salad is a mustard potato salad cold. Not too many ingredients it was great too. Outside seating and upstairs seating also. Pruce for sanwich, 2 sides and a refillable drink $16. Not bad . Definitely return.

To start, the young man at the counter seemed miserable and his customer service was dry, and lacking. They were out of baked beans, so we ordered Mac n cheese. It had a weird flavor and lacked cheese, we didn’t eat it. The pulled chicken sandwich was good. Sat outside and our food was delivered quickly to the table, but we were never checked on again. I expected better for a small town BBQ experience.

I just had easily the worst ribs in a bbg restaurant in my life. And I’ve had plenty. Ribs clearly were microwaved or came from an oven and not even tender. Dry! Tough! No smoke flavor. No sauce on the ribs to speak of and none on the table. Had to go to counter to ask for more. extras. If I had made ribs this bad myself for others, I would have thrown them away and ordered from a good BBQ restaurant. The only memory I’ll have from Moes is meat in my teeth. A farce!

BEWARE! The tall skinny blonde boy who takes orders was very unpleasant and unhelpful seemed bothered with every interaction. The food was a disappointment I had the pulled chicken that was mushy and unseasoned. I wanted baked beans but they did not have them, so I chose mac n cheese instead, it was basically macaroni in a cup w no cheese. There is a nice restaurant called Shine just a few steps away that would have been a better choice. If I could leave 0 stars for food and service I would.

We caught a glimpse of some nice-looking wings when enjoying a beer at Oklawaha Brewing company. The guy eating them told us Moe’s had the best wings around so we took his recommendation and got some to go. Literally the best chicken wings we have ever had. Not a long wait either. Go get some!

My favorite Moe’s now. I have both been a big Moe’s fan for yrs and eaten at many of them. This location is consistently good, I think the bun is hartier and you still get a drink with the meal. The place is clean and has a friendly staff.

I love Moe’s Original BBQ. The food is always great, and it is one of my favorite places to get some good barbecue. The tall, blonde-haired young man people are speaking of has Autism, is doing the best job he can assisting customers, and is not purposefully trying to be rude. Some kindness, understanding and patience would be greatly appreciated if you speak to him.
