Came in for lunch at 1:00 p.m. today, only to walk into this. I kept saying “hello, are you guys open?” & never got a response from the worker who was sleeping in a booth. Most of her TVs were off but the open sign was on. I was wondering why the couple in a truck that pulled up & went in right before me, came back out & drove off disappointed. Definitely not a good first impression. Get it together!

I am a regular patron of BIGS. The service is typically ok. One of the things I find upsetting, is that you guys stop serving food at 11 no exceptions. Like is it difficult to get chips and salsa? Or drop fries in a fryer. More so, does it cost to be kind when telling people that the kitchen is closed? It’s almost as if I’m asking them to go cook it themselves. I was simply asking is the kitchen closed. No need to be abrasive when responding. all the while, others are still being served. This isn’t the first negative encounter I have had at this establishment. I purchased a Groupon once and was told that I had already used it. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to the manager that it was taken care of. If y’all don’t want to honor a purchase then don’t put it up for sell.

1st time and Kate working the bar was very friendly & welcoming. It was 15min to closing and they still served us food. We ordered the pizza and burgers everything was good and fresh. I highly recommend. & our margarita was made perfect!
