I picked up my food at the exact pick up time. The boneless wings were soggy and extremely undersauced. The chicken itself was rubbery. The fries are greasy and not crispy at all. Ranch was not included in my order. I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites and there’s no way to get a hold of the company to get a refund or complain. The phone number connects you to the chili’s that “can’t do anything” because the order is not through them. The only good thing about this place is the deep fried Oreos.

Don’t waste your money. Spent almost $40 on “Wings” that were more like small chicken nuggets. Place doesn’t advertise that it’s literally just wings from chili’s, pics try to make them look gourmet. Would never go back.

I had placed an order through door dash, they failed to get my order correct. I did not get my complete order and was told I would be refunded since half my meals was not delivered. Then today on my birthday I called to redeem a reward was placed on hold for over 23 minutes, then I called back and the same person who told me to hold while she asked her manager asked of she could put me on hold again to ask the manager the question I had already asked the the first time. Poor service .

Need to update the system, when you order your food online for your lunch and the app tells you to park in the pick up parking space and they will bring your order out, when I arrived I put in my parking space and no one ever came out I literally waited 15 min then went inside to see why my order has not came out and I was told by the Chili’s worker they do not get any alerts for when the customers arrive, so my order was extremely cold and fries were super soggy and didn’t even get utensils or straw for my drink so waited my lunch break and money, will not prefer from there again!!
