I love the new location on Veteran’s! Huge place, nice seafood smell and good food! Delicious gumbo, cajun fries, best crab cakes and a very good crab salad! For those who drive – they have Corona – zero. I wish they had a larger variety of imported non-alcoholic beers:)

Place is one of those it will do places. A bit overpriced for their all inclusive platters. Sauce was good but not hot at all. Maybe extra hot was hot. Sausage was great. Lobster was not properly cooked or prepared. Stuck in the shell. Shrimp were non distinct. Would I go back — yes, because it’s average. The Red Lobster of boiled seafood. I think I might enjoy Jaegers better. But building your own platter might make more sense. We just didn’t want to choose.

Our food was great! I highly reccomend getting a mix of all the seasonings on your boil. A little bummed there was no crawfish, apparently it’s currently out of season though.

The snow crab itself was good without the butter garlic sauce. Whatever they put in there tore my stomach up and came out both ways. Friend said the male bathroom stunk and was filthy. If they can’t keep a small bathroom clean, I can only imagine their kitchen. Friends grilled shrimp was good. $61.00 for one snow crab cluster , fries, shrimp, and rice. The music was also very loud and not the kinda of music that should be in a restaurant. I asked the manager to turn down so I could hear my friend speak, he never did. I had to go find a claw cracker, which should’ve come out with the cluster. I will try a different place for snow crab next time.

Tugba was f***ing amazing. She anticipated all my needs. That only comes with years of experience. I had extra wet napkins before I needed them, I had refills on my water before I needed them. She was amazing. The lemon drop she made me was sooo delicious. And the food was delicious.

Met with some friends at the Veterans Blvd location for lunch. The food was okay but the restaurant is FILTHY, the front and surroundings of the building were full of trash, tables and floors all dirty and sticky, bathrooms were disgusting, like there is no one in charge of the cleaning at all, it’s one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever ever been in. Plus, the host looked kind of annoyed every time she saw people coming to dine in. LOL

The food was AMAZING, but they need more waiters. Service took a while but it was so worth it. The crab legs were a very good size and everything was very flavorful. First time in Louisiana and it definitely set the bar high.
