First time coming here food was so delicious. Customer service was great. Hot & fresh served as soon as it come out. The America was so good I asked for extra pickles and actually got a good decent amount of extra pickles. My husband loved the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The place was nice and clean. The only thing was no one was sitting in here and it looked empty when we parked and we almost left. Maybe a neon sign or something saying it’s open would help. Yes I know the hours are posted on goggle but due to it being a Hoilday we thought otherwise. Our waitress Alana was so nice took our order. Refilled our drinks and was very on top of it. Asking us about our food and such. Highly recommend you come here. The custard was so good. Love how you have a flavor of the day.

Four of us from out of town met at this location on April 2. We have all eaten at Hwy 55 before, so we knew what to expect with the food. The food is very predictable from location to location;it’s going to be good, worth eating again, but not the best you ever had. Today, our server was Chelsea. The five stars are a reflection on the service we received. Chelsea was very nice, polite, attentive, and engaging. She made a fast food experience seem more like something you would expect with a local diner you would frequent regularly. We were all very satisfied with the service Chelsea provided, and would recommend this location to our friends.

Haven’t been to a HWY 55 in years. I got the chicken cheese steak with pepper jack. It was fantastic. Priced well. The hot dogs were the “red weenies”. Not a fan. Milk shakes were good. Had a young man as the server and he did a great job running the entire seating area.

Hwy 55 is one of the most underrated establishments in my opinion. They have the best burgers of any local chain and the cheesesteaks are the best! Service is always great and friendly. Definitely recommend the place!

Have ordered from here twice in the past week so far. Burgers were absolutely amazing both times. Fries were undercooked on the first drive through order. On the second visit, I checked the fries before leaving and they were also undercooked. Told the lady at the window and she had the cook make us another order. The fries were crispy and delicious!

Sat for 1hr 32mins the waitress came over once and not again after that sitting there with a toddler waiting on them for them to say nothing and still not come over or have any food out almost 2hrs later all we ever got was drinks so as my son is getting fussy and screaming and we are still waiting I just said screw it and left… it’s not worth the wait or the terrible custom3r service or watching others who came in after m3 getting there food and leaving before me

The last few times I have been here for lunch, my order was wrong in some way. They had previously tried to correct it until our last visit. I had ordered a cheese steak (a la carte menu) and just a cup of water to drink for lunch. When I got my bill, I had been charged 2.49 for the cup of tap water. I pointed it out and the waitress acted like she would take care of it as I handed her my card. The ticket came back with the same total. Maybe she hoped I wouldn’t notice? I questioned it again and she just said it charged for a drink when water was entered and prices have changed. I don’t mind paying for what I order and normally tip well, but I feel that I was ripped off and will not be going back.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The waitress brought menu and took drink order, shortly after sitting. Carolina burger, no onions, with tots, was ordered. Order promptly given to cook, and was put out a short time later, with very minimal wait for a perfectly cooked burger.
