Do yourself a huge favor and save your time. We ordered a “Big Box” for here. There were two other couples already eating in the dining area. It took them about 20 minutes after a lady in red hair (who was eating food while she gave us our food) to ask us if we would like to wait 15 minutes because they had to make more chicken to complete our order. We said yes because we wanted to get the full order we payed for, not just what they could give us. Thinking it would be quick, but no. 35 minutes went by and we had to walk to the counter and ask for it to go.

This is the second Jacks restaurant we have visited and we stopped at this one for breakfast on our way to Florida. I got the deluxe breakfast and the rest of my crew got breakfast biscuit sandwiches. I enjoyed the deluxe breakfast, it was good and for the price you seem to get quite a bit of food with it. Everybody else enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches too. They also had good coffee that wasn’t too hot and didn’t taste burnt. Overall good stop and will visit this location and/or others in the future.

This was my first time visiting Jack’s and I was kinda skeptical about trying the chicken. I had heard some saying it was ok and thanks all, so I decided to try it for myself. Well, let me tell you guys, it was so delicious. I ordered two chicken breasts and they were so juicy and crisp I took a bite and thought oh my goodness how did they get this so crispy, juicy, and not greasy? I enjoyed it to the last bite and I will most definitely come again. Take a bow Jack’s you have won my heart forever ❤️

Every time I come through the drive thru, the workers are always rude and have attitude, I always have to wait even though I’m the only customer there, and my food isn’t ever right half the time. And normally I don’t complain. But today, was awful. I came thru the drive thru at 9:20 and was told they didn’t have any mashed potatoes ( I get told that every time I come through), and then I get attitude from the workers again. I get asked to wait. I didn’t receive my food until 9:55. A 35 minute wait on food that I spent over 30$ for and I didn’t get my biscuits or sauce, the food was cold and dry. The fries had no seasoning and were barely even there. Like seriously. I was the only person that came through and there was no reason for my order to be wrong. And now I don’t get what I paid for because they are closed and probably would have attitude about it anyways.

We ordered 4pc chicken fingers snack, substituting mashed potatoes and gravy. Received fries. Ordered kids chicken fingers snack, did not receive treat. When I asked for it i was told they didn’t give the treat anymore. The menu clearly stated with treat. Ordered two chicken dinners and had to ask for the biscuits that come with them. Also had to ask for forks. Very unfriendly people.

Southerners style food I recommend . This is diferent flavor, different taste from chicken, mash potatoes, biscuit, salad and macaroni and cheese. Church fry chicken, Kentucky or Popeyes are completely different taste and flavor. This particular place is super clean ,all areas inside or outside, employees service very professional, store decorations and style is beautiful and peaceful, handicap parquing, and big parking lot for customers.
