I gave a 3 star because I don’t want to say I don’t like them but I will say I don’t go here often because they always seem to get the order wrong and rush you along. I just feel like they should have more training or maybe hire people who want to work in fast food. I get it’s overwhelming at times but when I go it’s usually late at night I’m the only car in the drive through and I’m still rushed and I just went the other night and I had a 3 person order and again I didn’t get my whole order. I ordered the quesadilla and taco meal, plus an extra taco. I was starving since I didn’t eat all day, and it was after i got out of work, and I only got my quesadilla. With no sour cream or salsa. We ordered 6 hard tacos and 2 soft and 2 locos tacos. Only got 1 locos taco, and the rest were soft. It just upsets me. They need to think about what they are giving out and pay attention. Also, if u hate your job, quit. I don’t like tomatoes, so I didn’t care, but how does Taco Bell run out of tomatoes. This was the Troy store near Hudson Valley.

Drive thru. Could barely hear to order. Ordered the grilled cheese dipping taco only got the cheese sauce. Was very good tho. The Mexican pizza was huge but wasn’t cut right and no fork in bag BUT we did get like 30 sauce packets!!

I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in years, so I figured why not. I was pleasantly surprised that the pricing wasn’t outrageous like most other fast food places and my lunch was delicious. Drive-thru could have been a bit fast though (I waited almost 10 minutes for 2 burritos ) I didn’t rate atmosphere since I did not go inside

If my Taco Bell artists want to have creative control, I am so here for that. But just give me $1 or $2 off. Everything we order is missing an ingredient, and it’s different every time. I got lettuce in my quesadilla and it was cut bonkers too. Just give me a heads up next time that I’m getting something experimental. I wouldn’t mind XD

I ordered through the app. They didn’t put all the food in my bag. Instead of giving me the missing food, they passed my bag around for five minutes before deciding to give me the missing food. Instead of eating cold taco bell, I just left the order. I’m actually surprised they were still open at 7pm on Tuesday. They usually close pretty early.

I gave only 1 star. I went inside a newer taco bell. I rarely use the drive thru, but this one had quite a few cars in line, so I went inside- what a hot mess- 6 people before me in line, kids screaming ( apparently they’ve been waiting a while) and no one standing behind the counter. They were all taking care of the line of cars at the drive thru. Everyone of the customers were very patient. No one said anything. None of taco bells employees – let it be known whether they’d be over to serve us or not. I waited 5 minutes – then I left and went elsewhere. Shame on you Taco Bell. Train your employees better – and hire more help- and pay them a respectable salary- just that they showed up to work should make you thankful. Not sure if I’ll go back – and I wouldn’t recommend this place .

I tried to use my mobile app several times to no avail. The food was ok. However, the nacho chips were crushed into small pieces and were all over the bag. Please get better bags for the chips Taco Bell!! I asked for a handful of hot sauce. I got 0 hot sauces.

I love Taco Bell and I’ve always loved this Taco Bell specifically but it has definitely gone downhill when it comes to deliveries. Idk if it’s the people that deliver the food or what but my crunchwraps never have an actual crunch to them they are just flat messes and I never get drinks or any side dishes I order. Tried contacting management because I’m paying for food that’s not getting delivered or delivered wrong and not one person ever contacts me back. At this point I don’t recommend them at all and avoid the store.
