First time at Big Sammy’s and we loved it. We wanted to try a couple different items so we got the pizza and the clams linguine. Both were excellent. Big Sammy himself went around to the tables to introduce himself and we were checked on several times by other team members as well. Wait staff was on the move the entire time we were there, and the service was top notch.

Food was pretty good. The portions were quite sizable. Sammy even came to our table and introduced himself. Our waiter was very kind and honest. At one point he admitted to my wife and I that the food was taking a tad longer than anticipated. In my experience, this is not common and was a breath of fresh air.

Been here several times and never disappointed. Service is great and so is the food. Asked if they would make me a pizza with their fettuccine sauce instead of red sauce, easier on the stomach. It was phenomenal, told them they should put it on the menu. If you haven’t tried this place yet, it’s well worth the trip. We will be back!

Gave this place a try the other night. The food was very, very good with polite staff and great service. The restaurant was nice and clean as well. It’s always great to see the owners active and table touching with customers. Portion sizes are fairly big, and everything is nice and fresh. They have great pizza and a good selection of other entrees. Pork chop was delicious. We will definitely be back, as this experience has convinced us to make this a weekly dining choice over others. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent! Can’t get any more authentic Italian that I know of right around here. Waitress was on her second day after being training she was wonderful. Owner comes out meeting people at tables and checking how everything was and in the conversation, wish him well I’ve been seeing it for a few months and finally went in there

Had an awesome chopped salad and my husband had a great meatball sandwich. A few cold beers on a warm Saturday evening on the patio with cute lights made for the perfect summer date night. The staff was super friendly and server was attentive. We were happy to meet the owner who was so personable and made sure everything was great for us. Definitely going back to try more menu items!

Finally got a chance to try this place out. Service we found to be slow, I believe our server was just spread too thin and we were her only table sitting outside and she was going back and forth. Everything we asked for resulted in about a 5 minute wait each time and the entrees took much longer than we expected. We kinda felt forgotten about by sitting outside. Thankfully the food was worth the wait and both our dinners were very good. We are planning on returning to explore more of the menu, hopefully the service is a little better because that was the only negative of our first impression.

We just found out about this place and after a sneak peak at the menu online we were excited to hit the new(ish) spot! It’s a nice building inside and out. Kids loved their food and My wife loved her chopped salad and French onion soup. A lot of drink options and really good prices. Maybe the best quality for the money in the area? Great service and the Sicilian pizza was another reason to come back. Only I’m getting the ribeye next time!

This place has a great vibe. From the time I walked in till the time I walked out there polite courteous kind. They have some really really good food. The meatball sandwich the mozzarella sticks the Sicilian pizza wow. I’d recommend coming here and checking this place out.
