Don’t come here if you are on a timed lunch. Two men sat down after us, got their food before us. I had a full view of the kitchen and the staff was more worried about talking. I tried to put in a complaint with what I found out was the owner. She walked off twice while I was talking to her, made excuses for the two men getting their food before us, cut me off twice while I was talking.

They need to separate the bar from the dinning area, people 21 and under are not allowed in because of this. They would get more business if they rearranged the place and separated the bar. I went in there in the middle of the day to eat lunch sat down and ordered a sweet tea and was asked to show I.D. and was asked to leave for being under 21. Not many people go to a grill and bar just to drink in the middle of the day.

The service at the bar even with two barmaids and a small crowed was slow and the live entertainment leaves a lot to be desired, the one man on an acoustic guitar was out of place for a Saturday night bar atmosphere. It felt like walking into a coffee shop in the middle of the afternoon…… Jukebox would have been a better alternative.

I haven’t been here in about 8 years. It was so good Koodie Hoo burger on Texas toast with steak fries. Well the steak fries are gone and the burger was lacking. It was a sad day for me.

The daily specials (specially the Friday’s Catfish) are good for the occasion. Service is reasonably fast and kind. The homemade potato chips are really good and the sandwiches are clearly above average.

Here for work Went in for lunch..ordered the Chef Salad… Hoodies does not offer O& V for dressing but I can deal with that. What was surprising is my CHEF salad came and as starting to eat it I realize there is no eggs or cucumbers? I called the waitress over and she said “ oh yes we don’t use cucumbers anymore (?)…. and we are out of eggs.”
