Shut this place down!! The customer service is terrible! I asked for 2 sandwiches, cashier rings up one. I say I wanted 2. Go to pay for the 2nd but it won’t take my card because it’s a duplicate transaction. You think she had customer service skills? No. She says well I said spicy chicken? That was her response. Now I’m giving my dinner to my child while I eat nothing. Thanks a lot Popeyes!!

The problem in these restaurants is that the cook in this restaurant is doing her job, the chickens are ready, the packages are ready, the biscuits are ready, but there is no servant of God to put them all in a box and give it to the customer. Anyone who sees the customer runs away to the kitchen. No one says why you came to the customer, why did you come to help me, you say, they don’t see you, there is no one at the counter. And in the meantime, they are cleaning, the customer is waiting, send the customer first, then do your cleaning. Order placed 35 minutes ago, I go in 15 minutes, I’m leaving in 15 minutes, I’m waiting there for 15 minutes, but I can’t get it, I cancel and I’m coming. Is there such a business understanding that the customer doesn’t eat for free here, they make a privilege to keep the package. What’s wrong with those who want this package? they can watch their own mistakes if they watch the daily readings they will learn their mistakes…

The chicken sandwich was fresh but the fries were lukewarm and the drink was filled to the top with ice. When I asked for a refill, I was told by the cashier that I had to pay for a refill. I spoked to the manager and she stated the same thing “refills are not free”. I’ve never been to a Popeyes that charged for a refill. I was in a predominantly black area and one of the customers explained “ this only happens because it’s a black neighborhood”.

Popeyes in Eastover shopping center. I went to buy the 10 pieces of chicken half and half with two small sides. On my way home I ate 2 spicy pieces and left the rest to eat it at home with my wife. The spicy pieces were ok, but something didnt taste as it usually does. The. My wife tried the nonspicy chickens and started to spit it. It was clear they were reusing old chicken and it had a horrible smell. My wife took it back right away and they only reimbursed her for what was left. I don’t leave bad reviews, but this was just a horrible and disgusting experience. Their manager didnt even apologize.

I went to this Popeyes in Eastover shopping center to get their special which was 10 pieces of chicken 2 large sides and 5 biscuit for $25.00 . When I got home I found 3 pieces of the 10 were half of breasts.. yes that’s right they cut breast in halves and called that 2 piece. What was very upset with this . For one it was not a mistake . And Two they thought I would be so dumb I could see it . But the worst is I called customer service. They told me the store was going to contact me but they never did . So I called customer service again and they tried to tell me they called . But why customer service couldn’t just refunded me instead of having me go to an uncomfortable situation with this establishment. It’s was evident they did not care.

Good chicken bad management. They are often understaffed to where there is usually 1 cashier to take inside orders and the manager is making orders for the drive-thru. The same front cashier is also the one making your orders so the line is usually to the door around dinner time. There is no separate line for pickup orders. You are better off ordering when you get there so you know your food is hot.
