Had a long day and felt like mussels for dinner. When it was Francesca’s, I enjoyed them, but now, not as many and 4 of them were dead, shells not opened. Quality control and serving size not as good. May have some of the same people there, but not the same place.

Prior owners/management was WAY WAY better. Today was the last day I order from this place. Ordering was a hassle. It took him forever to understand me. It took him forever to charge me. Pizza was cold. My dinner tasted frozen. I really hate posting bad reviews but you’ve earned it. The quality of all of it has declined terribly since new ownership a few months back. You can keep your $5 coupon on my next order.

Since new owner took over, previous Franco pizza is gone. Barely no cheese on the pizza and dough is paper thin. They raised the price and cut down the ingredients. Same worker but very low quality. Anna don’t do business like this you will lose. As many already experienced the quality and service changed worse, we will not be back.
