Honestly it’s the best pizza around. They have a legit brick oven here so the pizzas are nice and crispy. Papa Gino’s sauce is delicious as well. I always use the app and order my pizzas crispy baked. Consistently good.

This was a take out order but we picked it up in store after a terrible time on the internet trying to place the order apply the coupon/ first the person on register was extremely rude and unhelpful. In addition to all that we were charged a ridiculous amount for toppings and we’re not done correctly, for example we wanted sausage on the whole pizza and mushrooms on only half of the pizza but we were charged for additional whole pizza toppings to the tune of almost $5 and got only half pie covered x 2 pizza’s which we had code for 2 x $12.99 ea we got 1 sub n it was $55.49 for pizza! OUTRAGIOUS !!! we are done with this place

Just paid $40 for two cheese pizzas. Restaurant is literally 4 minutes to home . They said 20 minutes, got there in 15. Pizza’s weren’t even luke warm, stiff as a board, and tasted like cardboard with sauce. Horrific would be an understatement. These pizzas have been hanging around a while. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. You could get better pizza dumpster diving at a state prison.

Pizza is delicious but service is seriously lacking. Ordered on line and was given a 15 minute pick up time…turned out to be 40 minutes before the pizza was ready. Wings were ready on time but I had to ask the young man at the register to put them in an oven to keep them warm while I waited for the pizza. Even still they were cold when I got home and unbelievably they were undercooked. “Gluten free” pizza was tasty but I felt it could have been cooked a bit longer. When I arrived there was another customer there who’s order couldn’t be found. So he placed his order then…10 minutes after me and he got his pizza before me. Another guy was waiting only to find his 3 pizzas had been sitting in the warming oven! It seems the “front/register” guy is supposed to be keeping the orders on track but was not doing a very good job of it. They appear understaffed.

Just can’t get enough of PG’S pizza. Just wish ownership would walk into this restaurant and see just how disgustingly dirty and grimy this ol place is. I understand profit 1st, food, service, & cleanliness 2nd, 3rd & 4th, but this location has not been updated in 10+ years and looks it. Not a pleasant place to hang out very long. Get in, get out as fast as you can, and enjoy some of the best pizza.

Food was good, service lacking. Usually I’m waited on right away when I enter, however, today, despite 7 people I could see working, no one could be bothered. I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and I understand being busy and “in the weeds” but no one even acknowledged my presence. SOMEONE should have been assigned counter duty. And shame on the manager (if they were even there) for the lacking customer service. Could be a while before we are back…
