I Ordered 2 subs and 2 milkshakes at 8:30 for delivery. And then when I called over an hour and a half later I was told it was never put in the system and that I’d have it in 20 minutes, which I did at 10:15 pm. However I was then told it was $44. Are you kidding me!? I’m not one to look for handouts or anything like that but I find it absolutely ridiculous that after waiting that long you’re going to charge me $44!? I’ve ordered from here many times and it always seems to be an issue with our order.

Wish I could give less than one star ! Pasta I ordered was floating in what tastes like dirty dish water , and the pizza had virtually no sauce nor flavor ! Definitely was NOT worth the 35 bucks it cost me !

The food was decent but the service was lacking and the prices on the menu didn’t match what I was charged. Both subs we got were $3.xx more than listed on the electronic menu which can easily be updated.

The food here is SO good! The staff were super friendly and helpful from the second we walked in. They have a huge menu with a lot of variety. I got a Veggie Stromboli and it was incredible. Dough crispy on the outside, soft & chewyon the inside, loaded with cheese and whatever veggies you want (I got broccoli, tomato, onion, peppers, olives, mushrooms). My family and I shared chicken fingers and onion rings, perfectly crispy but not too heavy on the breading. Hubs loved his Super Roast Beef sandwich. MIL thought the Junior Pastrami was great. FIL had a Steak & Cheese plus a Super Roast Beef. So we are very happy we found this place! It’s family owned, so coming here helps me know I’m supporting a fantastic small business and the local economy.

Ordered 95 dollars worth of food gave driver 100 dollars 10 minutes go by we get a phone call from owner that we did not tip enough umm really well they just lost a customer oh and we order from this place every Friday not any more

Immediately told the order taker my toddler had a severe dairy allergy. The order taker helped me order a meal with no dairy ingredients. Not only did the food arrive after almost 2 hours with my son already in bed sleeping, but his food had cheese on it, after multiple reminders of a dairy allergy. I called to complain to a manager who belittled my situation and had no respect for me as a customer. They refused a refund and took an additional hour to deliver a replacement meal for my son who was well sleeeping before the first delivery even arrived. After spending 70$ on food I couldn’t enjoy with my family and met with disrespectful management, I highly do not recommend templeton patriots pizza.
