We rent out the Arena and Restuarant for Horse and Rodeo events as well as weddings and other corporate events. It is also home to Diamond B Performance Horses. Really good dinner for the family. Fish was good, not fishy, two of our group ordered it crispy and got it perfectly done. The chicken fry was the size of the plate, gravy on the side as it should be so your steak isn’t soggy! The ribeye was terrific, and well worth the price. The salad bar was a bit down but we came in late. If there was anything we had wanted I have no doubt we could have asked. Like almost every place they were short on staff and busy. They did get our food out in acceptable time. Very comfortable atmosphere and a friendly clientele. We will be returning. I appreciate them giving the restaurant biz a go and will attempt to reward them with my patronage. To try to keep things rolling on reduced staff they are in paper plate and plastic utensil mode.I would encourage them on the items you can use the paper, but on steaks find a plate, it is a real aggravation to cut up a beautiful perfectly cooked medium rare steak on a paper plate. Also be considerate of the staff and clear your table. There are trash cans near and all the tableware except the knives are disposable and there is a tub for them.
