I gotta be honest. The two employees there were great because I wanted to order regular food but it was still breakfast time. They let me order from the regular menu, but I probably waited about 15 minute and I was the only person in the store. Not complaining, I was patient. But if I’m standing there ready to order and the only 2 employee’s just keep walking by me, not even recognizing my existence as a customer… well that got on my nerves. But other than that they really did do a good job in allowing me to order non breakfast options in the morning. Just seemed like the drive thru took precedence over a non-lazy customer willing to come inside.

All honesty, they don’t even deserve the one star given, but perhaps it can be earned in time. I’m a traveling food critic, I was in the area visiting friends, decided to stop here to grab a bite to eat because why not? I’m a foodie and do miss eating the occasional fast food. Let’s just say I regret the decision. The levels of incompetence and unsanitary conditions are quite disturbing. Not only did the employees mess up the order entirely, but they did not wear gloves and were cross contaminating, let’s not forget that they didn’t get the food out in a timely manner. Perhaps if they spent less time goofing around and horse playing, and more time paying attention to the orders and what they’re cooking, they may possibly earn the single star given. When I got my food, it was undercooked, and it would seem that old ingredients were used. More than half of my order was missing, and I have found several strands of hair in the food. Disgusted, I opted to not finish my meal, and go take care of business. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the tables are ridiculously dirty, as though none of the employees know what a cleaning rag is, let alone what it is used for. Do not recommend- this one is going in the blog for sure as places to avoid.

Cherryville’s very nice new Taco Bell location opened June 16th 2021, with a friendly staff serving the awesome Taco Bell favorites. I ordered the Grande Nacho Box which was really good & their sweet tea was perfect. enjoyed.

They got my order wrong,when I told the cashier she and the manager made everything right without making excuses,also the place was really clean and I was impressed by not only their professionalism but by the quality of their food.The cashier was Emily w according to the receipt,I do not know the managers name but she was an older women with glasses.They both deserve a raise for how they handled the situation and the kindness they both showed.the date was 3/20/2023 the time was 159 pm.We ate inside.I would highly recommend this location,well done ladies and God bless you.

Went inside orderd 2 burritos off the menu no special request. 50 minutes later I was still waiting on my order after watching a parade of people bring orders back because they were wrong I finally just told them to give me my money back. I drove all the way to the Taco Bell in Kings Mountain went to drive through had my order and was gone in less than 5 minutes.

People are rude… it’s obvious they don’t wanna be there .. Food is thrown together.. It’s a bunch of kids that their parents made them got to work so they could pay their phone bill…. Won’t be going back for a few months till they get rid of all the employees that are there now.. u know they won’t stay long

My family ate here last week and again this week because it was so good. The manager is very nice and friendly. The location is always very clean and well maintained. Our food has always been hot and made just the way we order it.
