DISCLAIMER: I’m honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: We re-visited this Mazzios because I had received a coupon for completing an online survey based on our prior visit there a few weeks ago. The coupon came emailed to me upon completing the survey so I just cut it out and took the paper copy with me. The girl at the register couldn’t get our order (per the coupon) keyed in correctly and so it kept kicking it out. She asked for help and a man came to assist and said we’d already used the coupon and that it was just a copy of their ad. I stated that I’d just printed it out earlier today from my computer based on an online survey, NOT the ad. He continued to argue about it. Finally, another male employee came to the register (because the line had backed up to the door by this point) and saw where it hadn’t been keyed in correctly and fixed the problem. Once we got through that nightmare, we found the buffet sub-par. Only about 6 pizzas on the buffet to choose from and a lot fewer items on their salad buffet than other Mazzios. Plus, it was crowded with crying and screaming children making the atmosphere less than desirable. Probably won’t return to this Mazzios. Was not a positive experience.

Got sent the wrong order. Called and they said they would send what I was missing. When the driver gets here the order was incorrect again!!!! I ordered at 6:59 and it’s 10:02 and the only item i received that i ordered was the ranch. Then called and they apparently can’t do refunds so i get a $25 credit i can use within 30 days. Be careful ordering here!!!!!!!

Worst service I’ve ever had. Took 1.5 hours for them to deliver my order, then they only delivered half of it. After a 30 minute call to customer service call center, you can’t call the store directly, they reordered the half of the order that I didn’t get. That took another hour and forty-five minutes to be delivered. Another call to the call center because everything was cold. They finally connected me with the store manager, who told me they don’t do refunds and hung up on me. Will never order from Mazzio’s again. Poor customer service and cold food.
