Don’t go inside if you want service. They expect you to work the kiosk without help. And don’t ask for help. If you want to talk to a person you must go through the drive through and then they’re still rude. They do NOT want to be bothered. Pretty soon they’ll have robots working there

Worst Taco Bell around to go. Ordered almost $40 of food and didn’t get half of it but live 40 mins away so it wasn’t worth going back to get the rest of my food Also ordered a Power Bowl and it had no beans, no cheese, very little chicken, and it was very cold. We go thru Willard alot but will never stop here again.

This is my favorite taco bell in the area, It’s above average for taco bell, Bathrooms are always clean I would even go as far to say I would eat inside the bathroom. And the customer service is top notch Multiple friendly faces every time I go.

Absolute garbage. Worst taco bell in and around Springfield. Whats the purpose of ordering online and having to wait 40 mins to get the order? An order that was wrong and looked like it was made by blind children. Proportions we’re all half of what they should have been on all of the food. Don’t waste your time on this place and make your own tacos.
