Went here with my daughter we both got the spicy chicken with I believe ranch. To me it was just the right amount of spice for me the fries were good and we loved the pretzels bits, I enjoyed it with the cheese sauce wasn’t a big fan of the honey mustard sauce. Our waiter was very nice and made sure we were taken care of.

Weekend afternoon and they didn’t seem to have any staff. The girl serving was nice but we had to wait quite a while after placing our wing and side salad order because “someone else took the order to the wrong table”. About 30 mins in, she remembered the salad but then didn’t bring a fork until after the rest of the food came another 10 or so minutes later. Won’t be dining in again if in any hurry…

Food was ok but the service was extremely lacking. They weren’t busy but we found ourselves waiting constantly. Had to go ask the togo desk for a refill for my son. Never got a refill for myself and the check never came without me going to the desk to get it. The service alone is enough to make me not come back.

Ordered wings though Grubhub many times. Usually everything is good. Today I got an order that was indescribable. The wings were dried, almost like they were mummified. Instead of being crispy they were crunchy, like a potato chip, dry and hard. So gross.

What started out as a great service ended poorly. We asked if they could make a quesadilla even though it wasn’t on the menu anymore. They said sure (cheese and tortilla). But shortly after they came out and said they were “all out” of tortillas. This restaurant serves wraps…wraps are tortillas. Sure enough 10 mins later an order for a wrap at a different table came out. It’s fine if you don’t wanna accommodate, but just say so. Don’t lie. Also charged for bubble water from the bar. A beer was cheaper.

terrible service, don’t waste your time, had plenty of bad encounters with employees, messed up orders heard from other friends too. Food takes forever and not fresh. Management has been observed to mistreat clients AND employees, such as yelling or unfair and unprofessional treatment. (feedback from previous workers there.) and was just not respectful during my experience. Do not recommend.
