My food was hot and made fresh. There’s nothing like those steamed buns! I went through the drive-through, and the attendant even bagged all of the special “no sauce” foods in a separate bag just for my daughter. She did this without me asking! She was professional and great at her job.

It’s been a while. And I don’t eat fast food often so I was thrilled with how hot and fresh, right off the grill the Krystal burgers were. And the bread was just as soft and smushy as it could be! We decided to stop more often and get a sack of 10 next time. We also ordered coffee with cream and sugar. It did not come with something to stir it with. Next time we’ll be sure to ask

The staff here is rude. They do not allow you time to review the menu and get your orer together. There is no need to be that nasty. Whomever was working the drive-thru on 8/17/2023 at 5:25 p.m. was ill-mannered and disrespectful. It’s fast food, it’s not that serious to be that rude to rush your patrons.

I can’t really rate the food because the doors were locked even though the open sign was on. As for my customer service experience, there was an employee sitting outside as I walked up, but he said nothing to me and walked away. A second employee was sitting in her car in the parking lot with her door open but closed her door and just sat there while I stood at the door with my two children. I guess that also could contribute to my atmosphere rating too…

Sign says they open at 8, we got there at 10 and the door was locked and lights were off even though there were 2 employees inside. If you aren’t going to open until later, change your signs so people aren’t wasting their time going to this location for no reason.

Waited in the drive thru for 37 mins. When I got to the window there were 7ppl working looked like they didn’t work together well. Looked also like there were mangers, possibly district manager and a couple of other higher ups in there. There is no reason why it takes that long for Krystals. Very disappointed also my fries were cold, my hamburgers were also cold.

Overall very good. The drive thru staff did let me know when I ordered the country fried steak, that they are made to order and would be about 3 minutes. I appreciated both that it would be fresh, and that he warned me. He was very polite and professional, and got my confusing order correct. His appearance was clean and he was fast and efficient, yet polite at the window. I asked for ketchup, mayo, hot sauce, & napkins and he acknowledged. The host name on the receipt said Shaquilla.
