Absolute garbage. Watched them use the same spoon to stir multiple drinks for 15 minutes without cleaning it. Ordered two chai lattes and after that 15m wait they gave us two cups OF JUST WARM MILK. No chai at all, not just a little at the bottom or something. Zero.

It’s literally 10:30 in the morning. I walk in with my 2 kids that both want maple donuts. They tell me they don’t have anymore maple donuts. Okay then what do you do for the rest of the day until you close at 8pm?!?! It’s the same thing every time with this one. But you go up rt 8 to the other one and if they don’t have any on the rack they say “yep let me just grab more out of the back”. This Dunkin is garbage and people are lazy

Terrible! They had like 5 donuts left and it was noon. Once asked if anymore were in the back, they said the only ones in the back were for tomorrow, I definitely threw a stink. The only reason I didn’t rate it 1 star was because the young gentlemen ANDY went above and beyond. There were 3 different families that I saw that Andy truly made their day by bringing more donuts up. Good job andy! Everyone else do your job! Manager included!!

I came thru drive thru at 2 in the afternoon. I ordered a hot coffee upon getting to window she handed me the foam cup i could feel it was cold liquids inside. I asked her this is hot coffee right she says yes. I take lid of and see its iced coffee they added warm coffee too. I just asked why would you pass this off there are no other cars here? She said I guess we messed up, Do you want a new one. No thank you just give the customers what they order if you realize its wrong just ask me to wait while its remade not just take someones money when its wrong.

There were barely any donuts in the display cases but they were stacked next to them on trays in the big carts they transport them with. I had to ask if the ones I wanted were on there. Meanwhile there were 3 employees standing off to the side and talking, not doing much of anything. The young lady who waited on me was sweet and pleasant!

This location is horrible. The mobile order function WAS convenient until they closed the lobby and now I have to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a cold coffee (even though the “walk-in” option is still available on the app). They are slow and there is A LOT of talking by employees instead of trying to get customers served. I have gotten snackin’ bacon several times that has been raw and my young daughter almost ate it. The coffee has no consistency to it – sometimes tastes like it has been there for days. Quality and service is poor and I will be using Starbucks and I am recommending others to do the same.

This has to be the worst Dunkin donut store in the entire country. I’ve purchased from the store four times over the last year, every time the orders are incorrect, it looks like a bomb went off behind the counter, it’s dirty, and they never have stuff in stock. Sadly, I’ve never seen a manager or a franchise owner on property. If I was Dunkin corporate, I’d make them shut down this location. The franchisee should be totally embarrassed. Sure, the kids working there should have more pride in their work, but nobody is leading our teaching them. Stay away

Stopped around noon, selection was nonexistent. Sour cream donuts, chocolate donate, one cruller, blueberry and chocolate munchkins and A blueberry muffin. A donut shop with no donuts. Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for service and was ignored until I walked over to the pick up counter and said something.
