We came in with high hopes, craving pizza after a long drive. Ordered bacon and pepperoni, with pineapple and jalapeños on one side. When we got the pizza it looked like they had just DUMPED jalapeños and pineapple straight outta the can, they didn’t even bake them in. I came back in and politely explained this isn’t what I expected (ie. jalapeños to be baked in and the pizza not painted with pineapple). The cook came up and asked “What did I do wrong?” And the cashier responded “You went crazy with the pineapple” and told me that they only use canned jalapeños. I asked if there is any way that it can be remade without those ingredients? This lady SMIRKED and said “We would have to charge you for a whole new pizza”. No apologies for their mistake, even though they clearly acknowledged it, and no attempts to make it right either. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all- TERRIBLE customer service and bad pizza, it was super greasy and the sauce tastes strange and nasty. Alot of the bacon pieces were still RAW too . The one positive I can say is the crust was good, which was the only thing I ended up eating a little bit of.

The food is pretty good but the service team is a bit quirky. If you look past that it was pretty good. Our order included a sausage calzone, spaghetti with meatballs, pizza with Canadian bacon. For pizzas they have individual to large size. For one person, the individual is just about right. They do have a small salad bar to boot. Overall I’d recommend, just expect a quirky attitude.

Me and my girlfriend are here with our granddaughters and we loved it . They had the Hawaiian pizza and I had the everything calzone. Everything was fresh made and the taste was fantastic. Great food , thank you

Delicious fresh made pizza. We ordered the western bbq chicken pizza and Greek salad. The pizza is freshly made and you can see it being hand tossed in the open kitchen. Highly recommend if you are in town and craving pizza.

We ordered at the station, we ordered appetizers of cheese bread sticks and 10 wings. The bread sticks came with no marinara sauce, the wings “which was the best” after we ordered and paid, they told us it was only half a pound.. the menu says wings of 10 or 24 clearly (half a pound is mostlybreading…)… the pizza honestly was terrible. It tasted as the tomatoe sauce was heated up before the topping were put on. You would take a bite and the toppings were luke warm but the sauce was burning hot. My family are not knew to Williams and we come here often, but I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this fake pizzeria… The pictures are of the menu as of 9/10/22, it clearly states the wings options… The wings in the picture are the extra wings they made us pay for and are clearly boneless… We wanted traditional wings…
