Went to pick up my wife’s mobile order today (7-23) had an eta of 343PM. I arrived at 343 and noticed a circus in the waterfront store. There’s only 2 girls working. 1 of which is new and doesn’t know how to make drinks. The other one is talking on her cell phone while making orders. She says on her call “I’ve been making drinks for 45 minutes” she then proceeds to spill the blender multiple times and throw ice everywhere. After 15-20 minutes waiting (way past the time on the mobile order) I left and never received my drinks. For the prices you charge to get this type of customer service is completely unacceptable. I want a refund

I come once or twice a week the girl with the black hair I think her name begins with J whos there between 4-6 I forgot her name but she’s sooo nice I could talk to her for hours. She’s so positive and it makes the rest of my day every time. I’ll ask her name next time because she’s so awesome

It’s such a nice and cozy Starbucks location in the middle of Waterfront Mall. They have seats inside, but because of COVID, you have to go to a beautiful backyard behind the store—which is not great if it’s a freezing or raining day. Unfortunately, they don’t have gluten free items.

Horrible place. The barista was very unfriendly and very unprofessional, made my latte with regular milk when I paid for almond milk. After waiting 20 minutes for my drinks they were room temperature. The employees were walking around and talking instead of making drinks. There was a employee training a new person and was treating the new person like a second class citizen. Asked for a refund and Will never go back.

I walked in at 7:30pm to grab two hot chocolates for my kids and a coffee for myself. After the guy at the register took my order I went to pay with a fifty and he said that they took all the cash to the safe because they were closing and said I needed to pay with a card or something smaller which I didn’t have on me. The other guy stopped making my order and they just stared at me and my kids. I said that them not having change shouldn’t be my problem and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it. How do you not have change for a fifty an hour and a half before you close on black Friday?

I am not a big Starbucks person, but I do love their coffees. Had a gift card and thought we’d use it. I must say that the young man that was standing outside taking orders at the Starbucks coffee in the center of the circle at the Homestead Waterfront was a real champ and so very nice to us because we didn’t know the Starbucks lingo and exactly how or what to order. Was very patient with us and we ended up with exactly what we wanted…. which was absolutely delicious!

So my opinion on this establishment, is that they try. As a none coffee drinker i person adore a good tea. Although their tea is made of excellents leaves. The tastes leaves me wondering, if they even try. Yes their coffee from my understanding is amazing. But the several times i tries the tea it was, tasteless. Typically i love a timeless taste of pure leaves. Tea is something i am fond of and i feel left in a loop with watered down tea. Maybe all the chains aren’t like that. But i personally feel i could take my money elsewhere. I only come here because my wife is addicted and loves their carmel caramel brulee and their chestnut praline.
