I come here at least once/twice every other week, for over 2 months now, there’s been 2 times my Turkey, egg and cheese croissant (attached with review) looked dry & had no cheese & I didn’t complain or bring it to a managers attention after any other visit. However today draws the line. I witnessed the lady preparing my breakfast sandwich and my daughters hash browns touch common surfaces & make cash/credit transactions with the same gloves she used to deal with food. I politely told her she should change them because it was unsanitary & she closed the drive thru window in my face, she didn’t acknowledge what I said as a paying customer. She was very unprofessional. However, I feel she wouldn’t have any consequences. They all probably do the same thing, sadly.. I will not be going back. Date of encounter 02/16/2023 @ 8:31 AM.

I have worked in customer service my whole life, first rule of thumb you smile and welcome everyone. We are the ones that truly pay you to work their, not your boss or company. I don’t appreciate you rushing me and than tossing my box of donuts at me. I don’t appreciate you rolling your eyes at me when I ask questions. went here this morning at 5:55am and the sign said “open” after waiting for 5 minutes the older man came out, angrily, and didn’t greet me. i believe he was the owner. i asked for a maple frosted and a strawberry frosted and a small black coffee. i got a chocolate frosted and a maple frosted and a scalding coffee. no good morning, no have a nice day. won’t go back ever. my suggestion, DONT TURN ON YOUR OPEN SIGN UNTIL YIUR ATTITUDE IS READY FOR BUSINESS. I threw away my order and went to Panera 5 minutes away on 14 mile at Oakland mall where i was greeted by “good morning “ and left with “have a nice day” date 5/12/23
