Stopped in to grab some food today. My experience was fantastic. Very kind and friendly service, they went out of their way to separate the food in containers to put on one of my sandwiches I was bringing home for someone else Food was fresh and exactly what I ordered. Shannon went above and beyond last 3 times dealing with this location. The first two times were pick up and she made sure I had everything and got all deals she could. This last time was delivery I had ordered the thanksgiving and they forgot the gravy. She sent me out the gravy because I called and said not to be difficult but I wouldn’t have ordered this if I wasn’t getting the gravy. She apologized and said she was sending a driver with gravy. Not only did I get a new gravy but a whole new hot fresh sandwhich. Great job to Shannon your work ethics did not go unnoticed by me!

Just $40 on Uber Eats for this place. Wasn’t able to review it on the Uber App for whatever reason. I payed extra for priority delivery and gave the driver a fat tip (more than 20%). At any rate, I ordered a large pastrami grinder and some chips. What a collosal waste of my money. The bread was soggy, absolutely disgusting. The ingredients were way out of balance. Too much pastrami. Overwhelming really. The order did not get to me in the stated amount of time, so what a disappointment when I paid for priority and gave the driver a really good tip in the hopes service would be speedy. Nope, my order was delayed. So really drivers should stop complaining about tips when they don’t provide the service they should be.

Im getting tired of these fast food places that ask for a tip when paying by card. A tip is for exceptional service. Not for just showing up. If my service is good or staff is friendly i like to tip as a way to show that i appreciate the ectra effort. The thought of giving a tip before i get my food only means that im giving one to ensure that nothing bad happens to my food before i get it. Food was good. Place is clean.

The staff are very disrespectful with their costumers! They don’t even bother to read what we order. This is the second time that I order a lobster sandwich and they send it totally incomplete. The first time, they sent me a lobster sandwich without lobster. For real, it had only lettuce, tomato and bacon. Now I tried to order something for the second time and they sent me a wrap with lobster and nothing else. Totally disgusting! I have an impression that the staff only care about their own cellphone and social media, and are even capable of reading an order.
