I was ready to come on here giving 0 stars cuz I personally was not a fan of the pizza I ordered tonight but maybe give 2 stars cuz the rest of my family said theirs was ok. But I took a chance and called the store to see if there was something we could do to fix the problem with my pizza. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to a gentleman manager. I explained my pizza was to spice (I cannot handle any spice) and there was way to much sauce (not in a nasty way) and he helped me come to a good conclusion and I left the convo very happy! So because of that convo with that manager I feel like they deserved a better review than I was originally gonna leave. So thank you to that gentleman!

Called 3 times for our order, I was cut off twice. I was told that the address I gave was in a different town. Called a fourth time to see where my order was. It finally arrived after an hour and 10 minutes later. It was cold and I was charged 3 parmesan crusted papadias (which is what I ordered) only one of them was parmesan crusted. Also called to talk to a manager (no one answered)

Tara was yelled at more than twice to come help customers waiting for pick up orders. She was in the office hanging out with a man and a baby while we all waited. I understand most restaurants have cockroaches however the objective would be to ensure they are kept to a minimum and not just hanging out on your counter.

I called pizza king, dominos, Pizza Hut and they said they don’t deliver to 400 north. Called up papa johns and they delivered to 400 north. Honestly price was good. Food was good. Delivery guy says he will deliver anytime because I am only one road over. I will take him up on it. That is what I call service service service.

They were very friendly, I called in a pickup order and they even helped me by suggesting a way to place my order that would save me money. It was only a 15 minute wait time and my order was right on time, if not a few minutes earlier. They were also very nice and patient with me when I had to pay for my order using all change! ( This may not seem like a big deal, but I’ve been to many places that made me feel embarrassed, like a burden and had an attitude and looked down on me when I’ve had to count out change to pay for my order) But they were super nice and made me feel comfortable and at ease by saying that they actually appreciated it because they needed the change. Whether they did or not I really appreciated the comment because they turned what could’ve been an embarrassing moment into a lighthearted one. So I would like to give shout out to the employees at the Papa John’s in New Castle, saying thank you so very much and keep up the good work and the great attitudes and people skills you guys have! ❤️

We ordered our pizza, drove 30 minutes to get home, found the dough to still be raw in the crust. Pizza was not edible. Called the manager to report it. Manager said the only way we could get our money back was to bring the pizza back. My wife explained that we live 30 minutes away and we just wanted our money back, the manager, without another word, hung up on my wife. We tried calling back, was put hold, and she never answered the phone. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! We are reporting to corporate but I doubt they will care.

The worst experience we have ever had with Papa Johns. It took them over 2 hours to deliver. The pizza was cold and there were very little toppings on the pizza. They said it would be 30-40 minutes to deliver, two hours later and three phone calls is when we received our pizza. We will not be getting pizza there again.
