A great place for casual dining and usually quick service (sometimes busy in the summertime at lunch). Fill out the papers to order at the counter, and pay at the counter when you’re done eating. Eat inside, or there’s a pretty outdoor area with a counter, too. Vegetarian friendly with Veggie burgers, black bean burgers and salad. I like to get the black bean burger as a salad, with extras like mushrooms and jalapenos (just check black bean burger and what you want on it, then circle “Salad” and extras, and pick your drink. Salads don’t come with fries , but you can circle “Extra Fries” and pay the extra to get them, too – they come with lots of salt and pepper and are delicious. Just explain if it’s complicated – they’re great at accommodating special orders. They have grilled chicken salad, too, and grilled cheese. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, and it’s family friendly. Bring your dog to sit outside as well.

My daughters PT burger was terrible. They gave her a hamburger patty CUT IN HALF and served on a bun, so she was biting into bun for half of the so called “burger”, and of course it was hard as a rock, dry. The waitress actually said they cut the patty in half on purpose bc the portion of bef is smaller on that burger. Who in the world came up w that idea?? Cut the burger in half and stick it in a full sized bun? Really? Why not just a thinner patty? The fries tasted like lemon or limes, they weren’t good either. We will NOT return to a PTs Grille.

Burger patty tastes like a frozen prison burger. No lie. No seasoning in the meat and no flavor when cooked. I thought the burgers used to be hand patties and fresh? Definitely more like fake rubber meat now. Fries were good. Staff was super friendly. Won’t be back for a burger though. 2 adults and 3 kids= $60 You decide.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. They only had American cheese or pepper jack. Not sure why a place that specializes in burgers doesn’t at least have cheddar. The burger had one piece of the microwave bacon, and the burger was not seasoned. No salt or pepper, just a chunk of beef. Fries were good, and the sweet tea was passable. If you’re craving a good burger, just go to Five Guy’s, because you’re gonna pay about the same price.
