I’ll start by saying, I REALLY wanted to like this place and I was super excited to order from here. Unfortunately, this will most likely be my last time ordering from this establishment. The atmosphere is nice and cozy for eat-in dining. The food is tasty, the service is great, the host is friendly, and what is most important is that this is one of the few restaurants where my daughter can enjoy a gluten-free meal.

Having had authentic Vietnamese Pho, I was highly disappointed. There was nothing special about the beef pho special. Pretty flavorless and the “extra meat” is a huge joke. It’s like they threw the soup and all of 3 meats in a microwave. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

Ehhh. Positives: crispy pork wontons, fresh spring rolls and crispy pork spring rolls were fresh and tasty. Prices are fair. Cons: The beef pho special was lacking. The meat portions were skimpy and it was kind of flavorless. We love the tripe and tendons and they were basically nonexistent. It’s hard to have bad pho…I can’t say it was terrible, but cutting it close.

First and last time ordering food here. This is by far ( and I’m not over exaggerating) the ONLY bad Viet restaurant I’ve been to. I’ve been to PLENTY of Vietnamese restaurants in Canada and America and the BEST thing about Vietnamese restaurants are the fact their food menu is usually always identical therefore I order the SAME dish in EVERY Viet restaurant and 99% of the time it’s delicious.

Really excellent spicy broth! The iced coffee wasn’t my fave of all time, but still really tasty. The menu seems to have a few more vegetarian options than other local places, which is awesome if you’re looking to cut down on your overall meat consumption. I got the brisket this time but I’ll be happy to try the tofu later. Service was great, very fast and friendly.

Avoid this place if you know what the quality of good Vietnamese food should be. First I ordered the cold coffee and I was really looking forward to it because I love Vietnamese cold coffee, but the coffee was horrible, it was watered down, flat, the milk used taste cheap and their were chunks of something greenish floating around at the bottom of my cup. I also ordered the Shrimp Fresh Rolls. The rolls were rolled very loosely I could hardly pick them up with chopsticks because they were so fat, they only used 3 whole shrimp between the 2 rolls as the shrimp were sliced in half and distributed between the 2 rolls. Total rip off! Only positive was the lady (I assume is the owner) was nice. Such a shame as I wanted to be a repeat customer.
