I will make it a point to go to the next town over from here forward. I had a mobile order that overall was 15 minutes later than the time quoted. Around 5 minutes late, my small 3 meat deep dish popped up as ready in the portal. I showed it to Shakira and she assured me it was regular (NOT how it looks in Nashville) and that my brownie order would be coming shortly(1st time trying these tonight)… ~10 min go by with Shakira walking around, Pulling on the back of her pants, and leaning on Surfaces (as there were 8 of us waiting.) KK had asked if I ordered (yes, Im standing with my pizza) and a few min later she asks what I’m waiting for. So when I tell her, to my surprise She walks behind the warming racks and in 10 seconds hands me a cold plastic wrapped lil brownie tray. With my dear in the headlight face, I ask if these really come cold? KK nonchalantly told me I could warm it in my oven…. with shock, I retorted “I need to heat my whole oven for these???” She said they could heat them (this has already turned into an overpriced, under-delivered, way drawn out cluster ****) so I simply ask WHY was I waiting so long???? KK truthfully said, she wasn’t up here when I came in and Shakira said she thought someone else would grab it I seriously wanted to bring to their attention that I had already put in my 8 hours today and really didn’t have time for kid lessons or laziness. I didn’t say that part but whoever looking pizza- take 10 min to go somewhere else+++

Stopped here on the way out of town while visiting for a funeral. Just got 3 cheesy breads for the family. I’m serious, this was the best cheesy bread we’ve ever had! Tons of seasoning, lots of crunchy bits on the edges, really good! Ate every bite!

So go to this location if you’d like pizza that has been sitting in the warmer for at least an hour. The crust was like a cracker, the cheese was dried out, and nothing about this was hot and ready. More like warm and ready for the trash. Thank you for stealing my money for this garbage. My family thoroughly enjoyed crunching our way through this pizza for dinner. If we had time, I would have brought this back.

Went to get a lunch special here. Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes in the drive threw and finally decided to go inside. Luckily my order was actually done. Get back to my office bite into the pizza and it was raw. Luckily I was at work right across the street so I went back the last agreed to make another order without offering a refund but I was nice because there was only 2 employees. So after the 2nd order got done I walked back to my office only to discover the remake was also raw!!!! Never again.

An hour after ordering and after the girl told me 3 different times that my order was coming up I found out that they hadn’t even made my pizza. 2 people that ordered at least 30 minutes after me got their order before me. They wouldn’t even check on mine just told me it was coming. Someone waiting for a door dash waited over an hour in the store and they told her to come back later. This place has gone way down hill the last couple months.
