It’s astounding at how poor this Popeyes is. Orders are seldom correct, always being told to back up and go forward in the drive up line because they know they’re slow enough for corporate to take action, no repeat of order to me when I get to the paying window so I have no idea if I’m even being rung up correctly. I keep going back because I love Popeyes but this one’s food isn’t particularly impressive either. I love the idea of this Popeyes being so close to my house but I’m not exaggerating when I say of the last 10 orders I’ve had, probably 3 have been correct.

Placed my order at 8:04 pm. 3pc tender combo and new sweet and spicy 12pc. First off they pull me up for 15 minutes. Then they come out with the wrong order. So finally got my food 20 minutes after ordering. So I sat there the whole time watching one of the crew members kids ran around the lobby like it was a day care. Then I get home ti find out they didn’t even put all my damn food in the bag. Was missing 2 orders of fries that I clearly paid for. THE STAFF SUCKS FROM MANAGEMENT DOWN. FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!!!!

I understand that there might have been HIGH DEMAND but 2 PEOPLE ORDERD AFTER ME and got there food 20 MINUTES BEFORE ME. I can SEE MY FOOD waiting on the counter but they still choose to ignore me. Telling me things like your food is almost here. And when they give me my food THEY GIVE THE FOOD KN THE COUNTER THAT WAS THERE FOR 20 minutes. They couldn’t have just handed it too me earlier instead they cared about the people who ordered after me. I suggest if you don’t want to be discriminated you should drive the extra mile save some time and brain cells and order from another popeyes

The lobby was dirty, I waited almost 10 minutes for my order to then find out they did not have what I wanted in stock. I only found out cuz I went to check when I wasn’t getting my food. The worker was apologetic and nice about it though. But still the wait and they did not tell me it was out of stock at first, but they gave me a free strawberry biscuit and I got a comparable meal item. So I guess service at least from Joy was good. The kitchen was the problem they did not communicate to her they were out of the item I ordered.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. In fact I drive from Gonzales to this location when I feel like eating Popeyes. They’re probably the only consistent Popeyes in Baton Rouge. Food is always hot and fresh, Beans never sour like other locations, and the line moves fast. I say give them a try

Clean place, nice environment and good food. I love the Popeye biscuit and it comes with different combo. Friendly attendance, willing to help. They’ve got drive through too. If you are familiar with Popeye soundtrack in the cartoon Animation when you enter this place expect to hear more of this. Go have the experience too. #Just-My-Opinion

I was down for a Chicken Sandwich, and I found Popeyes. It is so yummy! I really love how the sauce made it all perfect. The chicken was spicy and hot but that makes it so good. Also, I had the chick-fil-a, it was also taste great. Can’t wait to visit here again and have some more chicken sandwich and fil-a!
