Ordered via drive thru with food missing, like always from this Burger King. My daughter went inside and waited more than 25 minutes and still took 3 attempts to get our food correct. They were too busy making the new orders instead of taking care of the OLDEST ORDER THAT THEY SCREWED UP ON!! We checked one sandwich in the car which was correct, but discovered at home the other one was made incorrect. Wow, took more than 30 minutes to get this incorrect order. LOST MY BUSINESS!

The lady at he drive thru window this morning about 7:30am was rude, unprofessional, violent, and should not be working in general much less with the public. She decided to park all cars that were coming through due to her drive time and lack of proficiency, screamed at a gentleman to “move!” After everyone was parked, she proceeded to throw the food without saying a word at a guest in his car and covered up her name tag with her dreads.
