Our dipped cones came out, melty and broken. Also, they discontinued cherry, that’s fine, but update your drive-through menu. And, I assumed that all dairy queens would be consistent in their dip coating, but this one tasted terrible. I don’t know if it’s all of them or just the churro flavor, but it was not great. And I typically like it at all the locations I’ve had it at. I don’t know, just disappointing overall.

Been through the drive thru twice and have received 3 words from the dull sounding lady each time. When I pull up to the order box the lady said “order”, I order and she says “5 dollars” I said okay thank you and pull up to the window. She opens the window takes my money without a word and closes the window, a minute later opens the window again hands me my food and closes the window without a single word. What happened to a polite hello here you go or thank you have a good night? Not very inviting to make someone want to come back. Won’t ever be back through here.

How about first the owners take 5 minutes out of their lives to update the DRIVE THRU hours! Maybe even spend 5 bucks to buy stickers to put on the menu boards saying they close at 9pm. Wasted 30 minutes between driving and waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there along with the 5 other cars in line. Not impressed and not going back to their location again.

Please update the hours for your drive thru. It says 10, but it closes at 9. Pretty ridiculous for the summer time. We sat waiting along with several other cars, no one letting us know it was closed.

This is not necessarily a negative review just an observation. According to Google the drive-thru closes at 10pm, I went there yesterday around 915pm and sat for 5 minutes waiting. I finally decided to call and ask if they were open and was told that the whole place closes at 9 pm. Not sure who’s in charge of the online stuff for Dariy Queen but maybe should change the hours so people aren’t wasting their time.

I ordered a number for without a bun. Not only did they put it in a cardboard box they did not give me a fork and a knife. They did fix the situation by giving me a plastic container and a fork and a knife but I had to go back through the drive-thru. I’m not understanding with a common since is. Would you eat a salad in a cardboard box?
