So happy to finally have a panda nearby! I stopped by tonight in the drive through. The person who greeted me and took my order was friendly and took time to repeat my order to make sure it was right, even with them being very busy. When I got to the window the customer service was also excellent. The food was delicious!

I would rate probably 3.5 stars if that were an option. We waited inside in the line for about 20 minutes, and then it took us another 10 or more minutes to check out. There were only 2 people ahead of us when we entered. The girls working behind the corner were super polite, but there was no real sense of urgency or anything to get us checked out. Once the food was inside of the trays they placed them on the counter and then we had to wait about another 4-5 minutes for the cashier to check us out.

I used the drive thru and the quantity is half of what you usually get when you go in store. I am disappointed. They recently opened this store and I feel like quality and quantity is going down pretty quick. And don’t forget to get your own cutlery, they don’t give you forks, spoons or napkins, because after leaving the store we realized there is no spoon or fork given to eat. We had to stop by at a gas station to purchase our own.

New bustling spot in town Food was yummy as always! Tried out the Beijing Beef for the first time, it has just the right bit of sweetness with also a hint of spicy flavor from the crushed red pepper ️ Drive-thru is an advantage for sure. Wish the seating area was considerably bigger. Felt good seeing employees maintaining happy faces even during the peak hours ☺️

TERRIBLE ALREADY. I placed my order at 6:30 and arrived about 10 minutes later. My food wasn’t ready and the store was a bit busy so I expected a wait. Well I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for my food to be ready which is absolutely ridiculous. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and food was all over the floor. When I finally arrive home my order was completely wrong. How can this already be happening and you haven’t been open even a month. I’d rather drive out of the way to huntersville to get better service and know my order is going to be made on time and CORRECT. Does this look like string bean chicken ??? No. Was never communicated by an employee it was not available and asked for a replacement.

I’m from the West Coast and was excited Panda opened in Concord. It was very fast and the place is very neat and clean. However, the chow mein I got for dinner was dry, hard, overcooked and stuck together. I couldn’t even eat half of it. It was quite disappointing. Everything else was good but it was overall not a good first impression from a place that just opened. I figured because it’s brand new, the food would be done really well. Unfortunate. Also the parking lot is set up horribly. There isn’t a way to go all the way around the building without being in the drive thru so you’ll have the park then turn back the way you came.

Do yourself a favor and wait at least a month to visit this location. Let the crew work out the kinks. We were in line for 20+ minutes, the line worker messed up our order and we found a piece of wrapper/plastic in our food. Parking lot is also fun when there are people with their hazards on stopped in front of the restaurant instead of parking their cars like normal people.

I was very excited when they opened near concord mills. Orange chicken was too spicy on this particular day. A healthier choice that I enjoyed is chicken with green beans. The honey walnut shrimp is good but I can’t eat alot of fried foods. I wish they had more shrimp options like shrimp with veggies. But overall, a good casual place to eat & the employees are nice too!
