Went to this location on 5/3. Ordered two chicken nugget meals and both of them were uncooked and chewy. Missing a biscuit that came with the meal and the lemonade was watered down. Spoke with the manager Randy and was arguing with me on how “fresh my meal was” because he “remembered preparing it”. My chicken was nowhere near fresh and continued to argue with me about how they’re constantly preparing “fresh nuggets”. Which is clearly untrue. Was very rude and nowhere near accommodating. I asked for a refund and he continued to tell me how they don’t do refunds and will replace the meal which I didn’t want because of how the food was originally “prepared”. Will never go back here and calling corporate.

Can I give negative stars? Easily the worst restaurant in my neighborhood. Horrible service.. They’re only open because of the name. They never have any chicken ready if at all. This is a management problem.. HINT: Everyone that applies is not necessarily ready to manage.. PLEASE CLOSE.. I’d rather look at the abandon building.. It’s chicken , how hard could it be?. And they had the nerve to raise the prices..

Just went there at 830pm and they had no lights on outside. Pulled up to the speaker and someone answered. The menu light was off as well. I started my order and she stops me and says there’s only original recipe. Asked for a famous bowl with no cheese and a sandwich. Pulled up and someone else was outside the window yelling at them. I pulled up got my food and when I got home saw the famous bowl had NO CHICKEN in it. Called them and someone answered and told her that there was no chicken. She says “oh I just found that there were no nuggets left when they gave me the bag I’ll be sure to do it next time.” I said I needed a refund or something. She said “we don’t do that here” and hung up. Straight TRASH and trying to steal my money. Clearly no one wanted to be there with no lights on and too lazy to even let me know that they didn’t have what I ordered….

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, it must have been close to closing time because they were out of chicken tenders, pot pies, and mountain dew, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to bake new biscuits. The workers were pleasant.

6:00p.m. March 9th 2023 I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender and received 2 tender and 3 popcorn chicken. I call to speak to a manager and she tell me this is how it come in the bag, but you we gave you 5 pieces. After arriving back at KFC i showed her what i was given she made me another order. I tried speaking to her she say i get and walked away like i wronged her in a childish manner. Her customer service skills sucks.
