Wandered in no reservations. No biggie wait was only 20 mins and we killed time in target. Tonight we went for appetizers, rice, and noodles. It was nice not sweating and cooking. Don’t get me wrong that’s fun from time to time. Not the vibe we were going for tonight. Manuel did a great job keeping our beverages full and the table clean. Always quality dishes. Obsessed with the spicy cabbage!

Excellent customer service. We had two servers both which are named Maya warm personality! We were a party of 10 people. Food is really good ! The restaurant needs to be upgraded badly. For one of the grills the flame was not working, we did ask if we were able to move from tables, but they did say some of the grills on other tables were not working. AC not working properly, really hot where we were sitting. Only value menu was available due to fryer not working, walls are dirty, no ice cream. Please upgrade restaurant!!!

I went here to celebrate my birthday and mother’s day. Our waiter KC was amazing. She was very informative of the menu and was not beating around the bushes. The food was top-notch. I highly recommend this place. It is a bit on the pricey side but with high quality service and food the price is worth it.

I love this place, had fun grilling our marinated meat which by the way so delicious and tasty. We ordered the lunch course for 2 people and it was enough with the 3 of us. It came with 5 different kind of marinated meat, salad, miso soup, white rice, adamame, and lastly s’mores. I highly recommend . From what I heard the Kardashians eat here too

Our server was fantastic. Very responsive and prompt with a warm personality. The establishment needs to be deep cleaned. Bathrooms and walls are filthy. Tables need to be stripped and refreshed. Food tasty as usual.

This place was amazing all you can eat and three menus to choose from according to what price range. $17 for children 6 to 13 and about $30 for the least expensive. Plenty of appetizers and meat plus a s’more or vanilla ice cream for dessert. Great hangout spot! Shout out to Vanessa for great service!

The floors are so sticky that my shoe almost came off and it has the smell of a wet mop that wafts through from time to time. Food was good. Management needs to go through that place and give it a deep clean. The bathrooms are also in poor condition, and not well kept.

The food was great but the services were very slow because there was only one waiter. The Waiter was nice but very slow bringing food. I went at a time when it wasn’t busy yet still very slow. I went to the Gyu-Kaku in Burbank and the service was much faster. Not going to the Gyu-Kaku at the mall. They also had some food items that were out of stock. Like they just opened and they are out of some food. I would give this location a better rating if they up their game
