This is the best pho in town. Grandma does her broth right. It heals the soul and pairs nicely with a hot Florida summer. Veggie options are available (recommend the P-9) if you’re a a carnivore the T-2 is a go to and staple. The strength of the noodle dishes is definitely the broth. You’re definitely going to be filled up eating here but not in the same way of eating too much heavy food. It’s more of cleaner feeling of content and satisfaction.

I recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant in Gianesville and had a mixed experience. The service was a bit slow, possibly due to a lack of staff in the busy area. On the brighter side, the Bun Bo Hue ( Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) was a standout, with delicious flavors and tender beef that had absorbed the broth perfectly. It’s definitely a dish I would recommend. The freshness of the vegetables added to the overall appeal. However, the Com Suon Bi Cha ( rice with shredded pork skin, steamed egg cake) fell short. The pork slices were too thin and lacked seasoning, while the rice & steamed egg came were disappointingly dry. Even the fish sauce that accompanied the dish didn’t taste quite right. On a positive note, the Vietnamese coffee (cà phê sữa đá) was a true delight – authentic and full of flavor.

As a Vietnamese person, I needed to get my Vietnamese fix and found this place. Compared to other Pho places in Gainesville, I appreciated the menu and more authentic feel when searching so I was excited to try the place out. Definitely owned by Vietnamese people. The food tasted great, was very happy to be able to get Vietnamese food that aren’t found elsewhere. There wasn’t anything too special about the food, tasted as expected but nothing that blew my mind. Where the restaurant falls short for me was the service. There was only one server for the entire establishment which for the amount of foot traffic that comes in was fine but he appeared to be very nonchalant and unenthusiastic. Many tables were left uncleared even up to 30 mins after the other customers had paid and left and the server was just walking around slowly instead of seeming to make any effort to clean with speed and only checked on us twice. Overall the food was great but the service was very lackluster and could be greatly improved.

Broth is good. The pho soup was very good taste. Spring Rolls is 3 of 5. In general I’ll be back.

Probably the best pho you can get in Gainesville. The broth was decent, but the thin slices of rare beef were not rare by the time the bowl arrived to the table. Bun bowl was ok, but the egg rolls were a little burnt. The bahn mi was smaller than what I expected and not too impressive, probably won’t get it again. The crispy chicken wings were dry. About the only thing I would order again is the pho. Service was friendly and we didn’t wait long for food. Prices are reasonable.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Between 4 adults, ordered 8 banh mi sandwiches which were tiny, had the thinnest slice (just one ☝ !) of meat inside each + massive chunks of jalapeños and were mostly just bread, the dumplings were soggy and a few didn’t even have any stuffing in them! We also ordered 3x Vietnamese nems which are supposed to be fried, and are served with lettuce and mint leaves but they gave us 6 summer rolls instead (clear wrapped rolls with shrimp). Should have known when a white guy came out the back to take the order—not nice but it’s true lol.

Nothing exciting, great when you have a taste for Pho. Don’t get me wrong I ate it, but there was no umami. The fries dumplings were good, in the smaller side. The samosas were flavorful but tiny. I ordered the regular combo Pho, but I found very little tendon(my fav part). Also had combo fried rice and chicken and beef were flavorless and dry. Again not a bad restaurant and we did eat the food and enjoyed the atmosphere
