Called in my order was out in like 10 mins. Only 1 lady was working but she handled everybody without a problem. Place is made new york style so its tiny and bulletproof window separates you but its cool not expensive nice sized wings

Bring back Ms. Kim!!!! I was addicted to her food. The philly, wings and fries was soooo good! She seems mean but she was a hard working woman, working by herself most of the time. One day I gave her a tip and she was so appreciative. I miss her cooking the food, the man don’t cook like her 🙁

My wife and I only ever order the cheeseburgers and they’re very, very tasty (the fries too!) and very inexpensive for how much delicious food you get. The proprietor is always very sweet to us and it never takes long to get our order.

Wings were good. However, don’t ask for extra ketchup. We ordered two meals with fries, when I asked for extra ketchup the lady got mad, and said she put them in the bag. I told her that I saw them, it’s only 3 packs and we needed more. She rolled her eyes at me, grabed 3 more packs and smashed them in my hand. I asked her what the problem was, was she mad because I asked for more ketchup? She she told me to get out. I looked at her and asked for my money back. She told me the policy was ni refunds. I took my food and left. Customer service is everything to me. I don’t think more ketchup would have made her go into bankruptcy. With that being said, I will never come back there. It was an Asian short woman with black hair.

I asked that he did not put salt on the fries and he did. Our order was mixed up. And we order Philly cheese steak with everything on it and honey BBQ wings and cheese steak with mayo meat and cheese with hot wings. The very very salty. And the honey BBQ wings we’re with the cheese steak with meat cheese.
