This is a Dominican diner. Imagine an old time diner with 2 Hispanic aunties (tias) serving. They make a really good breakfast. Longganisa and chorizo (latin sausages) are a must. They have warming trays with plantain bananas mashed like potatoes, boiled cassava and onions. They also have chicken chicharon and breaded fried steak (think chicken fried steak) at lunch and dinner. I will come back to do that. Yes there’s loud music and modest Spanish will make ordering a lot easier. I’ll post an old menu, prices are up 15-20%

The darn music is so loud in this restaurant that you can’t even eat-in in peace or even order food over the phone for delivery!! I swear, I thought

Everything here is delicious. My biggest favorite are the rice and beans. I always bring some home as well.

My dad is sick and lost his appetite for everything other than home cooked Dominican food, unfortunately he doesn’t like my cooking. This place is the first place I found that he actually enjoyed eating. I guess if you want to know what home cooked Dominican food tastes like then come here.

Hostess very rude and easily frustrated because of language barrier. She left us for 15 minutes and took care of walking customers that spoke Spanish. One customer noticed and asked if we wanted help ordering, then spoke to her. She screamed something with profanity in Spanish and he walked out. We followed him. I can’t rate the food because we never tried it but the service will keep me from never going back.
