Special pho was decently priced, $14.16 after taxes. It was a large portion and was filling. The broth had a good flavor; the slices of a larger meatball was quite tasty; brisket slices were thicker than average but sadly tough and flavorless; tendon was a bit chewy (I like mine more on the tender side); tripe was crisp (which I prefer). Table chili had a nice kick.

Ordered the chicken pho and added veggies. Tim asked if I’d like it spicy from scale 1-10 and he stated that 3 is medium. I didn’t want it too spicy so I asked for 2. I was shocked when I sipped the broth and it tasted like at least a 7 . Long story short he made me a new bowl of pho with no attitude and with a smile at no extra charge.

I visited Pho-Mous for the first time. Our server was friendly and quick. The drinks & food came out quickly. Our pho was absolutely amazing!! The gyoza was crispy and tasty, as were the crab rangoons. Everything was delicious and well flavored. I will absolutely eat here again!

I don’t usually get anything else other than Pho when I’m at a Pho house, but I wanted to try something different and I loved that my dish came with egg rolls! I ordered their vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls. So good! The grilled pork was sweet and tender. The egg rolls were delicious. I was a little confused about what sauce to use for the dish. I just dumped the egg roll sauce in with some hoisin and Sriracha and it was good!

The clay pots are so good!! My husband and I get the beef clay pot frequently. Even to-go is wonderful as they use thermal foil in the boxes to keep it hot. Large portions and very reasonable prices.

This was my wife, son, and my first visit here. It came highly recommend and did not disappoint. My wife had the tofo fried rice and she enjoyed it. My son had the seafood fried rice and he really liked it. I had the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll and it was fantastic! We also had vegetarian egg rolls and chicken wings as appetizers. Those were very very good as well. The service was very friendly and helpful. My son and I also had Thai tea with boba and they were great. We will certainly be back.

We have now had Pho from every where else in Huntsville/Madison. This is our go to place. The food is great. The owner lets you get wild with the heat, which I appreciate. Being able to add as many peppers as your heart desires is wonderful.

Simply put the food is fantastic and the welcoming environment, helpfulness, and accommodating spirt of the owner and waitresses made the experience even better. A nice size of food selections which can be edited for different levels of spice if you can handle it. I had the seafood pho and the shrimp clay pot which were both incredibly flavorful. The portion sizes were a lot larger then I thought due to the price so either come hungry or you’ll have leftovers for sure. Overall I honestly can’t wait to go back.
